Useful Information

• Transfers: The Cairns Northern Beaches are located approximately 20 minute drive north of Cairns International Airport. Black & White taxis (131 008) will cost around $45.00 or there is the “Meet and Greet” service available, which will collect your key and meet you at the airport to take you straight to your accommodation for a fee of $15.00 per person (minimum of 2). Please phone (07) 4059 2713 or fax (07) 4059 2714 at least 48 hours in advance if you wish us to book the "Meet & Greet" service.
• Keys: May be collected from our office next to Cairns Tropical Zoo (Northern Boundary) Bokissa Road, off the Captain Cook Highway, Palm Cove between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and till 12.00 noon on Saturday. If there is the possibility of you arriving outside these times, we can arrange a “Meet and Greet” service for you or alternate collection arrangements will be made. The details of this service are listed below under “transfers” or contact this office to make alternative arrangements.
• Holding Deposit: To confirm your booking a 25% holding deposit must be paid. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival, this balance can not be paid by American Express Card. The deposit will be non refundable if the booking is cancelled within 45 days of arrival. Refer also terms and conditions.
• Check In And Check Out: Normally properties are available from 2:00pm and are vacated by 10:00am. Other arrangements may be available at the time of booking.
• Telephone: We provide a complimentary local call service for most properties. However should you require the phone open to STD and ISD during your stay we can provide you with a $10 Telstra "Phone Away" card which can be used for making these outgoing calls. The available credit can be increased easily using a credit card.
• Internet Food And Alcohol Shopping: Delivered to your door or awaiting your arrival. Competitively priced priced and very convenient. www.pleaseshopforme.com.au.
• Services: Properties are fully self contained including bed linen and beach and bath towels. Our housekeeper will provide a linen service to guests staying longer than a week. If you require your accommodation to be serviced at any time, this can be arranged for a small fee.
• Baby Equipment Hire: Baby equipment (such as bassinettes, car seats, prams & strollers) can be hired through our office. Please advise in advance should you require a listing of equipment available & hire rates.
• Pets: Not allowed without prior written consent.
• Shopping Centre: The new Clifton Beach Shopping Centre is about 2 minutes drive south of Palm Cove. It houses Coles and 20 specialty shops. There is also a small convenience store in Palm Cove for immediate essentials. Trinity Beach has its own shopping centre.
• Minimum Stay: Normally a minimum stay of 3 nights is required on most properties unless alternate arrangements are made when booking.
• Insurance: The landlord and his agents take no responsibility for loss or damage to your personal belongings and we recommend travel insurance be purchased.
