This tropical executively furnished holiday house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas (one formal) and a large spacious kitchen. A large bright and airy house which is tastefully furnished, decorated and affordable. Outdoor via the patio gate has two large entertaining areas, one beside the pool with a backdrop of tropical palms and plants and the other with the BBQ out from the kitchen. In the 4th bedroom is a small study desk with internet and a fax machine available. The informal lounge has a 42 “Plasma TV, a DVD and CD player. The gallery kitchen is fully equipped and the internal laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.

The property is gated and secure for small children or a pet to play in the large yard area at the front of the house. Small dogs are allowed on approval. This property can cater for a large family or a group of friends. A place where you can relax and unwind while still able to keep an eye on the kids and enjoy meals on the BBQ & relax on sun lounges around the pool.

Fully air conditioned throughout and approximately 600meters to the Palm Cove Esplanade which is dotted with highly acclaimed restaurants and eateries.

This well positioned holiday home is an ideal spot explore the region. Twenty five minutes from Cairns airport and city centre. Cairns and all the regions attractions are all within an easy drive from the property. Attractions such as the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest are all within easy drive. Enjoy swimming, sailing, kayaking to nearby islands or fishing at Cairns beaches as well as visiting Cairns Tropical Zoo or feeding the crocodiles at Hartley’s Crocodile Farm. There is also the train to Kuranda, the Skyrail, Tjapukai, Go Kart track and Cable Skiing all within 15 minutes drive from Palm Cove. You can also visit and book your excursions at our office at no extra cost.
