A stylish luxury, executive resort residence, close to Reef and mountain - 400m to Palm Cove, an eight minute walk to Shops & Restaurants consists of two pavilions, three bedrooms three en-suites, one with a private outdoor tropical shower, two kitchens, two lounges, three dining areas, study and chill out areas with free wireless broadband, huge decks and balconies. The property suits couples, families or an extended family and sleeps from two to eight - however, we are only letting to one group at any time, to preserve your privacy.

Every room has two balconies, featuring views of the beach or the mountain. Lounge rooms feature huge new LCD TV’s with DVD player and Stereo, kitchens, all possible equipment and all very modern. A family friendly piano, Limited edition Ken Duncan photographs, generous bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully tiled pool, a huge connecting timber deck, featuring a BBQ bench and sink. A raised platform of breezeways, timber, glass and decking. Tropical and authentic, but family friendly. A magnificent property, architect designed and fully landscaped in tropical plants.

We are three and half hours door to door from Sydney to Clifton Beach, 25 minutes from the International airport at Cairns to the best of Cairns" Northern Beaches. As beachfront reserve it is seven metres from door to sand, 12 meters to the water. From our front deck, you drink in Palm Cove’s best views: Scout Hat and Double Islands. Between you and the beach is only a giant Melaleuca (one of the features of the area) and Palm trees.

Gaze at the mountain views on the rear decks, stroll through the fully open back pavilion along the 12 metre deck through the front pavilion house to the front deck for a view of the Islands and the waves. After drinks on the front deck and slipping into the privacy of your own pool off the central deck, or reclining on the sun lounges, have a late afternoon BBQ of grilled fish on the Steel BBQ set Nth Qld’s most artistic outdoor kitchen. Dine on the deck, alfresco under the huge waterproof shade sail.

There are fans and air-conditioning, but you won’t need them - the sea breeze cools you off and takes away the humidity. Walk 400m up the beach or along a winding concrete path through the jungle to bustling Palm Cove’s international resorts for shopping and restaurants. A 10 minute walk around the corner takes you to Clifton Beach shopping mall with a large Coles supermarket, fresh food, butcher, doctor, chemist and several restaurants, dine in and take away.

There’s also Clifton Bar & Grill at 14 Clifton Road or 59 Restaurant & Bar in Clifton Beach with Sensational panoramic views overlooking the 9th and 18th greens at Paradise Palm’s Gold Course International standard golf course (where you can use the owner’s new hybrid golf clubs) rated 10th in Australia with an A la Carte, Restaurant, and closer still the Cairns Zoo and night Zoo.

Its tropical, its very quiet, discreet and secluded and its luxurious. But, its everything Far North Queensland: Beautiful sand, no surf, never ever colder than 25C; Crocodiles, box jellyfish, coral reefs, lush tropics, sun and water.
