A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront house suitable for families or groups of friends. A spectacular position which is affordable and comfortable. Large terraces suitable for alfresco dining or relaxing. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles and 2 trundles are situated downstairs with a bathroom ideally located next to the bedrooms. Downstairs also has it's own living area. Upstairs is a large queen master bedroom with a bathroom/ensuite next door. There is also a large livng area upstairs leading to a large balcony surrounding the living area with breath taking views of double island.

Clifton Beach is located next door to Palm Cove an internationally renowned destination. It is a quiet location suitable for a relaxing getaway. Clifton Beach has Clifton Village which has a Coles Supermarket, Butchers, Organic fruit & veg shop.

This well positioned holiday home is an ideal spot explore the region. Twenty five minutes from Cairns airport and city centre. Cairns and all the regions attractions are all within an easy drive from the property. Attractions such as the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest are all within easy drive. Enjoy swimming, sailing, kayaking to nearby islands or fishing at Cairns beaches as well as visiting Cairns Tropical Zoo or feeding the crocodiles at Hartley’s Crocodile Farm. There is also the train to Kuranda, the Skyrail, Tjapukai, Go Kart track and Cable Skiing all within 15 minutes drive from Clifton Beach. You can also visit and book your excursions at our office at no extra cost.
