THE HOUSE

Clifton Beach Escape allows for ultimate relaxation, inside and out. It has a tranquil sun burned Tuscan feel and is designed to capture the afternoon seabreezes. The open plan home has slate floors throughout which give the house a cool spacious feel.

The dining area flows into the kitchen which overlooks the outdoors and pool. From the master bedroom french doors also lead out to the pool and outdoor entertaining area. All three bedrooms have built in robes. Other prominent features are the extensive use of timber throughout, with louvers and french doors that open .Only the bedrooms are air conditioned

The large covered patio overlooking the pool gives the perfect setting for outdoor living. It hosts a large table with chairs and a BBQ overlooking the fully fenced I/G pool.

The property is only 300m from the beach and is fully self-contained

SEPARATE ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT

This fully self-contained one bedroom apartment has it all. The recently built air-conditioned apartment is tastefully decorated and comfortable. There are cathedral ceilings, timber louvres and french doors throughout.

It has an open plan kitchen, internal laundry and a large bathroom. There is also a private covered patio at the rear, looking over the private fully fenced yard.

The property is only 300m from the beach and is fully self-contained

The apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

The apartment does not have access to the pool unless the house is unoccupied.

PRICING HOUSE AND APARTMENNT

• Low Season - November to May - $1,730 per week or $270 per night
• High Season - June to October - $2,000 per week or $315 per night

PRICING HOUSE ONLY

• Low Season - November to May - $1,150 per week or $180 per night
• High Season - June to October - $1,400 per week or $220 per night

The Christmas period is charged at high season rates and is from 15th Dec until 15th Jan and there is a 7 night minimum stay.

There is also a two week high season rate during the Easter Holidays.
